How to clean candle jar

Before sending your candle container back for a refill, please ensure it has been cleaned using the following method:

1. Boil a kettle and carefully pour the hot water into the empty candle jar.
2. Leave the jar until the remaining wax has melted and the water has cooled completely. As it cools, the wax will harden and float to the top.
3. Remove the hardened wax and dispose of it in your household bin.
4. Pour the remaining water into a bottle or container for disposal. Please do not pour waxy water down the sink or place it in the dishwasher, as it can cause blockages.
5. Wash the jar with warm, soapy water to remove any remaining residue.
6. Dry thoroughly with a paper towel before returning it to us.
